Modern Slavery Policy
Modern slavery is both a crime and a grave violation of fundamental human rights. It encompasses practices such as slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor, and human trafficking. These practices are all defined by the exploitation of individuals through the deprivation of their liberty for personal or commercial gain. As a business, we unequivocally condemn such actions and will never engage in, support, or condone them.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We will not conduct business of any kind with entities that are involved in or support these activities. Our commitment extends to promoting transparency within our organization and throughout our supply chains, in alignment with our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Should we discover that any individual or organization connected to our business is engaged in, supporting, or failing to prevent modern slavery—where they have the ability to do so—we will immediately sever all ties with them. Additionally, we will evaluate whether we have a legal obligation to report the matter and will act accordingly.
This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of our organization, including employees, directors, officers, agency staff, contractors, consultants, volunteers, interns, third-party representatives, and business partners.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary measures, up to and including dismissal or contract termination. Legal action may also be pursued where necessary.
If you have any questions regarding this policy or concerns about any related activities that could impact our business, please promptly contact the designated Anti-Slavery Officer [Raj Sharma], who oversees the implementation and enforcement of this policy.

As agreed by the Board of Directors, this policy is effective from 9th November 2023 and covers Financial Year 24/25.
